Update to Angular 16

Thanks for the updates to ensure this package stays working for those of us previously using it.

I made a few updates to ensure compatibility with Angular 16

1. Updated dev_dependencies in package.json.
2. Exported the styles folder to ensure that it can be imported in Angular 16. Without this addition an error is thrown that the file is not marked as exported.

In addition, since your package is now independently distributed on npmjs and the original package seems to be no longer maintained, I updated the readme to point to this package.
