I don't have access to an Exchange server to test these changes anymore. Would you be interested in me transferring the GitHub repo or npm project to you? |

I can't guarantee that I actually would have time to maintain this project since it's not a focus area for me at the moment (Exchange in node.js). |

Tested and works against EWS 2010. Original lines left intact, commented out.
