Keep Test Pyramid as the familiar cost model, move MECE surface/layer/quality/size decisions into Test Planner, and add eval coverage for API, contract, and frontend integration boundaries.
Add a Tests skill for discovering and executing existing project test commands with evidence, plus eval coverage for its routing behavior. Add a test design techniques reference and update test-engineer to report coverage by surface, layer, design technique, and execution notes.
Add bounded execution modes, conservative result classification, release-test scope, and redacted command evidence. Add fixture-backed evals for API versus contract selection, zero-test runs, failures, and release test gates.

I can't really review this as-is. It's 23 files and +1100 with no description, it's showing conflicts against main, and it overlaps your own #390 (both touch Could you rebase it, add a description of what it changes and why, and scope it down to one coherent thing? Happy to look again once it's focused and green, and let's make sure it and #390 aren't stepping on each other. |
