Rationale for this change
The buttons under the “Questions about these terms” section had inconsistent hover effects, with some scaling slowly and others lagging.
This led to a disjointed user experience and broke visual consistency.
The change ensures that all buttons now have the same smooth hover animation, making the UI more cohesive and responsive.
What changes are included in this PR?
