Update MinimizeMacWindows app and merge the java src into one src location

Fixes #6718

The MinimizeMacWindows logic was in fact in two places, the reason the Finder is left open is probably because the openjdk awt version was lacking correct commands... :

• jck interactives : runtests.sh
• openjdk awt tests : buildenv/jenkins/src/MinimizeMacWindows.java

This PR :

• Merges this java into the one location "buildenv/jenkins/src"
• Move runtest.sh(ListJavaFonts.java) into same location "buildenv/jenkins/src"

Some extra Arctic related tweaks/tidy up:

• Don't call "ps -p $test_pid" when testcase has been skipped

AQA_Test_Pipeline:

• Added ADOPTOPENJDK_REPO & ADOPTOPENJDK_BRANCH to the remote trigger so custom repo/branch can be tested
