fuzzel: fix broken svgs by changing backend to librsvg

Summary

Change svg backend to librsvg instead of the bundled nanosvg to clean up broken svg (faugus-launcher appears as a black circle)
also added default config to /usr/share/xdg/fuzzel/fuzzel.ini
