docs(readme): add github-scan menu bar showcase - #404

Add a small showcase section near the top of the README with the "delegate your GitHub inbox to a first-tree daemon that lives in your menu bar" tagline, a screenshot of the menu bar dropdown, and a short paragraph linking down to the command surface. Rename the lower `### first-tree github scan` heading to `first-tree github scan commands` so the new showcase section owns the clean #first-tree-github-scan anchor for outbound links.
