Agenticracy™

Agenticracy is an open standard for responsible human–AI co‑working.

It is built on six pillars:

Economic Accountability
Social Fairness
Psychological Safety
IP & Cognition Ownership
Ecological Sustainability
Meaningful & Responsible Use

Agenticracy defines how organisations adopt and operationalise these pillars across their AI agents, tools, and workflows.

Repositories

agenticracy-skill – canonical skill file for implementing the Standard in agentic systems (LLMs, orchestration tools, and harnesses).
whitepaper-2026 – reference paper with the NHS case study and formal definition of the six pillars.
examples-* – implementation examples for popular agent runtimes (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, AutoGen, etc).
