• reconcile mix.lock for the release by upgrading abacus to 2.2.0
• replace the stale libgraph lock alias with the canonical multigraph 0.16.1-mg.2 entry

Why

• pick up the jido_action dependency reconciliation released in v2.2.1
• keep this repo's lockfile resolvable against the package graph expected by the new release
