Digitizing the City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR) analysis by chapter in order to build a generalized adaptive design tool instead of a disclosure document. This project will be the baseline for the REAL-TIME PLANNING OUTCOMES ANALYTICS TOOL developed under the startup inCitu.
