Follow-up to upstream PR Donkie#846 with manufacturer-logo workflows, label UX refinements, and filament list filtering/performance improvements.

• Manufacturer logo sync/suggestion improvements (global + per-manufacturer checks)
• Better logo preview/fallback behavior and edit UX
• Web→print logo conversion support
• Label workflow refinements for spool/filament print+export
• Persistent column visibility in label pickers

• Floating form action buttons now align consistently with the camera button offset
