The script looks for small UTXOs in an address. If more than the supplied minimum amount of UTXOs (defaults to 5 if omitted) is found below the supplied minimum UTXO size (defaults to 2500 if omitted), it will send them to the address they were found in, consolidating them to a single UTXO
