Fix the wrong default value for XMajorTickLineColor ('0.3pt' to 'black'), preventing figures to be compiled with LaTeX or at least stalling them on many OS.

Rivet - Patch branch 2.7.2 - ship SIunits.sty

The LaTeX package SIunits.sty is missing under lxplus CENTOS7 and needed to produce rivet plots
(make-plots, e.g make-plots --format=eps,pdf,png --font=cm ALICE_2017_I1511870_d01-x01-y01.dat --no-cleanup ).

The issue has been spotted in parallel in the official Rivet sources but only ported to branch 3.1.x
