requirements.txtto avoid installing the Windows-specifictensorflow-intelpackage, which causes pip installation to fail due to conflicts.However, maybe a better solution would be to remove TensorFlow entirely from
requirements.txtand instead include installation instructions in theREADME, so users can install the correct TensorFlow variant based on their hardware and platform.
