Add new top-level command to view and manage shared sessions across all projects: - `opencode shares list` - list all shared sessions with URL, title, and directory - `opencode shares remove` - unshare a session (interactive or by ID) - `opencode shares open` - open share URL in browser Supports --format=json for programmatic use.
