Readerimplementations on IO sources like #54 can provide implementations ofcopy_into_slicethat can circumvent actual buffer fills by copying bytes directly into destinations when reads would exceed the capacity of the backing buffer. UpdatingStringto usecopy_into_slicewill allow it to use these specializations in the future.
