Azure Virtual Analysis Services Operator

Description

A couple of weeks ago, we have to work with a DAG that allow us to refresh Models in Azure Analysis Services without using Data Factory .
We think that would be good to have an Operator+Hook+Sensor that abstract all this process to deal with authentication and the usage of the REST API.

Use case/motivation

An operator to allow the interactions (refresh/get_status) with Models in Azure Analysis Services

We found that formal assignments were not working well, as they often prevented others from contributing when the assignee was not actively working on the issue.

I saw that the previous PRs had all become stale, so I submitted another PR with an e2e test in a real Azure environment. I hope this helps :)
