This PR updates the documentation for event scheduling, to include the
KafkaEventProducerplugin and explain clearlyAlso, a warning is added to point out that this can be used across multiple installations of airflow (with separate metadata DBs) but it shouldn't be confused with the
multi-teamfeature. It hasn't been tested with that.Was generative AI tooling used to co-author this PR?
