fix(site): improve hero section responsiveness and homepage features UI

Problem

• The hero section was not responsive on smaller screens sizes and the buttons had inconsistent width on mobile devices.
• The Homepage Features section was not visually well differentiated from the hero section, and feature cards did not had proper visual separation.

• Improved responsiveness of the Hero section across desktop and mobile breakpoints.
• Fixed spacing and width consistency of hero section buttons on smaller screens.
• Improved Homepage Features card UI and enhanced visual separation in both light and dark modes.
