fix(android): use pluginInitialize

Motivation and Context

Now, CordovaPlugin.initialize() is deprecated at [email protected].
refs apache/cordova-android#1771

Following cordova-docs, use pluginInitialize and remove calling super method.

• Override CordovaPlugin.pluginInitialize()
• Remove calling super method
