Issue:

The grails-cache documentation was kept in a different repository, so old snapshots and the latest links were breaking, and the docs were not part of the main Grails website.

changes i made:

•	Copied the old grails-cache documentation into the main grails-website repo
•	Added redirects so old links still open the correct pages
•	Used a backup redirect in case the main redirect does not work

This PR resolves issue #1
