It seems that ASF has an advanced account of travis-CI, so you can discuss about that on the mail list, to know what we need to provide (maybe the travis.yml is enough).

Travis-CI for Apache IoTDB is available now.

i have changed the title of this pr, when merging into master, it will use this title as commit log
