Create docs/roadmap/ with 11 detailed PRDs for planned features: - Core: workspace files, MCP server, command palette, notification center - Growth: pre-built binaries, demo GIF, community plugins, tmux migration - Advanced: process health, cross-pane events, session sharing Restructure ROADMAP.md with Core/Growth/Advanced categories, priority matrix, strategic pain-layer analysis, and feature synergies.
