Change scheduler to allow strings. Create a verify and description scripts to verify correct values for the scheduler. Update projects to call these scripts. Also update project to not automatically take oe ownership
Updated exceptions and removed items not used.
Fix if statement from lint updated exceptions
Update package and pyproject file versions Fix email tasks in task_runner and task_files.
