Updates the `actions/configure-pages` GitHub Action from v4 to v5 in the `pages.yml` workflow. This aligns the workflow with the latest version recommended in the official documentation. This change was made in the context of debugging a "Get Pages site failed" error. The root cause of this error is a misconfiguration in the repository's GitHub Pages settings, which must be set to "GitHub Actions" as the deployment source. This code change is a best-practice update and does not, by itself, resolve the underlying configuration issue.
