after testing completions_v2, we are good to replace v2 to original completions.
also fixed a tiny bug in UserFocus. Bug happens if params doesn't contain user_focus attribute, original v2 logic will pass in an empty UserFocus() object into function, but UserFocus model doesn't have a default value for file_uuid.
