Add support for the [DynamoDBAutoGeneratedTimestamp] attribute to the .NET SDK for DynamoDB, enabling automatic setting of timestamp fields during save operations. This feature aligns with the Java SDK's @DynamoDbAutoGeneratedTimestampAttribute.
