Description of changes:
Test runs workloads generated by fio in parallel for 3 pods on one node. It measures average throughput and writes it to file. Persistence and validation of those values is meant to be done by a separate workflow (not in this PR yet). We provide fio with the same configs as Mountpoint for: rand_read, sequential_read, sequential_wrtie.
