Find a Fizz

This full stack web application allows users to find breweries near them! Users can create a normal account to enjoy simple features such as searching a beer, searching a brewery, leaving comment reviews on beers/breweries, and adding beer/breweries to a favorites list! Creating a brewer account not only gives previous mentioned features but also gives them permission to list their own brewery and the drinks offered.

• Spring Boot / Spring Data JPA - A Java specification for managing relational data in Java applications. It allows us to access and persist data between Java object / class and relational database.
• PostgreSQL - A free and open-source relational database management system emphasizing extensibility and SQL compliance.
• React - A declarative, efficient, and flexible JavaScript library for building user interfaces.
• Node - An open-source, cross-platform JavaScript runtime environment.

• Redux - A open-source JavaScript library for managing and centralizing application state.
• Axios - A promise-based HTTP Client for node.js and the browser.
• Slick - A responsive carousel jQuery plugin that supports multiple breakpoints, CSS3 transitions, and touch events/swiping.
• Spline - A 3D software tool that allows you to easily create 3D graphics and integrate them quickly into React applications. They provide code exports for applications using Three.js or React.js to render the model.

• Mapbox - An advanced and flexible map service that provides developers access to comprehensive location information to create and customize dynamic and static maps.
• Open Brewery DB - A free dataset and API with public information on breweries, cideries, brewpubs, and bottleshops.
