Here is a simple template that we can use for all PRs. Just link the JIRA ticket, outline the changes and add a GIF or screenshot if there is some UI involved (or not). Will add to other repos once this is merged.
The checkboxes are a motivation to post your PR early in a [WIP] state so you give everyone (and maybe yourself too) a better idea of what the PR is trying to achieve and how far along it is
