* update the generated code for the web sdk * fix up some issues with the web engine codegen * bump package version * compatibility for vp build * Added to the changelog * web sdk doesn't support the timeout header at the moment * add a way to send the start session first frame * Looks like the auth code gen was broken * Make sure we properly parse player ids * update changelog

This PR fixes both the web sdk code gen and an issue with auto starting sessions from the websocket connection call in Beam.Init().
