Update app icon and favicon to blue theme color

Changed app icon and favicon from gray/black to blue (#4a90e2) to match the application's existing color scheme used in headings, buttons, and links.

Changes

• icon.svg: Updated fill to #4a90e2 and gradient stroke from gray (#68686f→#000000) to blue (#5ba3f5→#357ab8)
• icon.png: Regenerated at 1024×1024
• favicon.png: Regenerated with proper aspect ratio

The meteor icon now uses the same blue palette defined in the app's CSS variables (--heading-color, --button-bg, --link-color).

I've reviewed the changes and confirmed that the SVG path data is identical to the original - I only changed the colors from gray/black (#e4e4e4/#68686f/#000000) to blue (#4a90e2/#5ba3f5/#357ab8). The meteor/comet shape remains exactly the same.

Could you clarify what you mean by "lightning bolt motif"? The original icon shows a meteor/comet shape (labeled "Meteor-copy" in the SVG). If you're referring to a different icon design, could you point me to where that version exists? I want to make sure I'm updating the correct icon.
