tried running linter locally but it does not work, something about a setup.py that does not work. |

Fix style issues as reported by linter.

Motivation and Context
Build currently fails on it. Existing code was imported from existing repository of Jeremy Rifkin's which had different style rules and did not fail on whitespace at end of line.
Testing
Having the build no longer fail.
