Bump version across pyproject / __init__ / CITATION / ROADMAP / openclaw Dockerfile / plugin manifest / uv.lock, and move CHANGELOG [Unreleased] into [1.37.2]. Ships the gemini-3.6-flash and gemini-3.5-flash-lite registrations (available, not default) plus the 1.37.x documentation-excellence work already on main.
