Add a benchmark job to CI that: - Runs cargo bench with bencher output format - Uses github-action-benchmark to track results - Comments on PRs with benchmark comparisons - Warns when performance regresses by >10% - Fails the workflow when performance regresses by >20% - Auto-pushes results to gh-pages on master for tracking
Auto-push requires a gh-pages branch to exist and proper permissions. Disable it for now - benchmarks will still run and output results.
