MapStateMixin had inverted logic that blocked all non-player map
decorations (banners, mansions, temples) instead of only hiding
guest players. Also update mod meta-info and bump version to 1.0.1.

Stop cancelling playerTick (doTick) for guests, which was preventing
Player.tick()/LivingEntity.tick()/Entity.baseTick() from running.
This caused stale yHeadRot and stuck water/swimming state flags.
Guest restrictions are already enforced by targeted mixins.
