Same comment about being able to import from other systems - please confirm

I discussed with Finn and he said that importing from other systems was only possible to a Bazaar branch. Therefore, those will go away by default when we effect these changes.

Unrelated to this change: these extra bullet points are a bit odd - just checked the actual page and indeed it is weird. Can we fix it here since we're touching near it?
