Add opt-in text colors support

• Support for foreground and background text colors using the style attribute for all HTML inline tags
• Support for #RRGGBB, #RRGGBBAA, #RGB, #RGBA hex colors and all CSS named colors
• Local colors always override link colors
• Update Compose to 1.8.0 which is required for link colors override to work correctly.
