- Remove duplicate docs/DESIGN.md, WHY.md, SPEC.md; canonical pages under docs/explanation/ and docs/reference/spec.md\n- Drop exclude_docs from properdocs.yml\n- README: concise landing page with docs site links\n- Transport adapter docs: include stream_head; design/README-adjacent edits\n- Spelling and api.md wording fixes
