When using markdown links instead of wiki links, the previously inserted link was broken. Using the Dataview API fixes this.

Depending on a user's link settings (wikilcnks vs markdown links), the goal links generated from the project template are messed up.
Using the Dataaview API allows us to insert the correct link at any time (wikilcnks format).
