After your certificate is ready and validated, copy the ARN from your console and put it into the `SSL_CERTIFICATE_ARN` variable in your `civiform_config.sh`

NOTE: make sure the correct region (the `AWS_REGION` value in `civiform_config.sh`) is selected in the top right drop down, before proceeding to request the certificate.

ARN has format of arn:aws:acm:<region>:<user_id>:certificate/\<identifier>
