0.2.0 release of lspvic/jupyter_tensorboard , plus:
- Drop reimplementations of standard_tensorboard_wsgi; fixes integration with TB2.2 .. TB2.4
- Allow use of dynamic plugins as well as the standard ones; fixes issue with Projector and DLProf plugins
- Don't append ? to path if query string is empty; fixes issue with DLProf
- Workaround TensorBoard /font-roboto/ path prefix bug
