Issue #1 (busy-wait loopcheck config polling) was resolved by PR #34 but never formally closed — PR #34's description lacked the Closes #1 keyword.

Changes

• Added Closes #1 to PR Close issue #1 via PR #35 (resolved by PR #34) #35's description to trigger GitHub's auto-close mechanism on merge
• No code changes; this PR exists solely to formally close the issue

Note: The agent session had issues: read-only permissions, making direct API comment/close impossible. Merging this PR will auto-close issue #1 and post a cross-reference comment on it.
