This PR adds two things:

  1. A small python wrapper to make movies/gifs from a set of images with ffmpeg
  2. A function that creates a diffraction pattern movie /gif of a trajectory.

Still a WIP, but it seems to work for me so far. I need to test this out on some larger GSD files.
