Build the app

> ./interactive.sh
$ npm update
$ npm run-script build

Test the app

> ./interactive.sh
$ npm update
$ npm test

Start interactive webserver

> ./interactive.sh
$ npm update
$ npm start

Then open a webbrowser to http://localhost:3333
