I have rebased the branch and added the old article to our blog. I will attempt to work on the new version this week.

I will focus on this PR as it is quite old and very useful to have available for the community. It is also a very good case study if the new Web UI is functional enough.

The blog article is progressing well. I have the individual steps all mapped out and should be able to extend the very short explanations.

Installing the Chef Server Backend on SUSE seems to work in principle, but installing Chef Automate seems to be broken since 2016 (chef/chef-server#969). I will redo the backend on a RH-based OS to attempt and get a working test setup.
