Upgrades dependencies upgrade to newer cargo versions higher version fixes allow dead_code for parts of the hawekbit api. upgrade to httpmock 0.6.6 fix some clippy parts with default features.

Addition of this file, the .vscode/settings.json feels wrong.
I think it should NOT be added.
(If it must be added, it should be done in a separate commit.)
