We don't really need the pull down to refresh inside the iOS PWA. I only asked for it because we previously had a hard time refreshing state (particularly the routes) appropriately, e.g. when the PWA was opened. If we just fix that, we can remove the pull down. |

Would prefer to remove the PullDownReload component so that this workaround isn't required everywhere, but Safari removes the native pull down to refresh gesture for PWAs..
