fix: forward-port Pi provider corrections

• forward-port four unreleased Pi provider corrections into the bundled 0.84.2 runtime
• honor Google and Vertex thinking-level maps and preserve mapped token budgets
• forward raw Bedrock Smithy response headers
• remove deprecated Xiaomi IDs and add the current China Z.AI Coding Plan catalog
• apply and verify the removable patch across source, nested, packaged, restored, and archived runtime paths
