Summary by cubic

Replaced Google-hosted Inter/Cal Sans with self-hosted Cal Sans UI (sans) and Cal Sans (heading) via a shared package for consistent typography and faster, more reliable loading. Also aligned docs text sizes to match new font metrics.

  • Refactors
    • Centralized fonts in @coss/ui using next/font/local (display: swap, CSS variables); apps import from @coss/ui/fonts.
    • Added CalSansUI[MODE,wght].woff2 and CalSans-Regular.woff2 under packages/ui/src/fonts with README and exports.
    • Aligned typography: global size/weight tokens and default body text; TOC and inline code set to text-xs (0.8125rem/1rem); removed a small-screen override.

Written for commit 55e197e. Summary will update automatically on new commits.
